Here are a few Fish Recipes for your catch!

Mama’s Fish Tacos
Slice into strips 1 pound of fresh Rock Cod.
Put flour strips in bowl or bag.
Whip 3 eggs and soak fish in bowl.
Crush up package of saltine crackers in bag and bread the fish. (Regular saltines are best)
Heat up pan with olive oil and a little butter.
Cook fish until golden brown.
Serve on fresh heated corn tortilla’s with refried beans,
avocado, quest fresco, and salsa.
Grab yourself a Cerveza and you're golden.

Mango Ceviche Recipe
I add my spin to it.
First, cut the fish into tiny bite size squares — I use kitchen scissors.
Buy a big bag of limes.
Squeeze all the lime juice into a Pyrex dish with the fish until all the fish is soaking under it. Cover the dish and put in fridge for a minimum of an hour or longer.
Now make everything:
We don’t like green peppers so I substitute it with red and orange peppers.
I use small tomatoes because they’re sweeter and cut them in 4 (small).
I buy a small Orange Juice with Pulp and pour it in with the lime juice, about 1/3 of the bottle.
Add a generous amount of Tajin Clasico Seasoning (Chili Lime), and sea salt to your liking.
Chop one whole large ripe mango into small squares, the sweeter the mango the better.
(Buy a few mangos in case one is bad inside)
You basically chop everything very small, add red onion to your liking and chopped cilantro.
Enjoy!
